Nirupama Orona (White Owl Medicine Woman) ist Indianische Medizinfrau aus Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. Sie wird uns mit den Traditionen der Pueblo Indianer und ihrer spirituellen Weisheit vertraut machen. Die Bedeutung von einem Leben im Einklang mit unserem Herzen, mit der Natur und der gesamten Schöpfung ist gerade in der heutigen Zeit aktueller denn je.
Im Vortrag erzählt Nirupama auch über ihren Weg mit Mata Amritanandamayi (Amma) und zeigt einen kurzen Film wo die Tewa Dancer aus Santa Fe ihren Büffeltanz vor Amma aufführen. Sie traf Amma 1988, ist als Pujarini für Tempelzeremonien ausgebildet und hat das Amma Yantra und alle Yantras (heilige geometrische Diagramme) entworfen, die im Ammashop erhältlich sind.

Nirupama (White Owl Medicine Woman) is a Native American Medicine Woman, (Pueblo) from Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. She will teach us about the traditions and spiritual practices of the Pueblo Indians who guide us to lead a life in connection with our own hearts, with nature and the whole of creation.
In the talk on Friday evening Nirupama will also speak about her path with Amma and a short film will be shown about the Tewa Dancers performing the Buffalo Dance for Amma in Santa Fe. Nirupama met Amma in 1988, she was trained as a Pujarini to perform temple ceremonies and she designed the Amma Yantra and all other Yantras (sacred geometrical diagrams) available in the Ammashop.
